Mama! It is a privilege to assist and support you in your birth journey. My 3 pepi were born beautifully at home and I can help you achieve this too.  Together we work in partnership to plan safe, healthy pregnancy and birth cares focusing on nutrition, exercise, rest and emotional wellbeing. 

I will passionately help you achieve your goals for creating resilience and stamina with you and your pepis safety and wellbeing first and foremost in decisions.  

Health challenges from trauma or loss? I can help you transition through, aided as needed by the collective wisdom of colleagues and specialists as needed, and working alongside other alternative health practitioners. 

I support your autonomy and choices. I heartily embrace natural birth. I support you in trusting your body and innate knowledge with the experience of our great great grandmothers in creating life. 

My Maori and Pasifika whanau includes whangai tamariki. My tane and I are Nana and Papa of 2 mokopuna and live on our whenua.
